The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy selects and manages recommendations from civil and military combined items in high-tech strategic industries such as aerospace, electric and electronics, and AI as the items subject to defense trade protection are expanded from munitions to general materials recommended by the Minister of Industry.
The candidates are selected by evaluating the excellence of ▲ technology, ▲ suitability, ▲ company capabilities, ▲ export ripple effects, and ▲ policy conformity. After that, after deliberation by the Working Committee of the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy, it is selected as the final target, registered and managed, and recommended to the Defense Acquisition Program Administration.
