UDM Tech, a company specializing in automated artificial intelligence (AI), announced on the 14th that it has participated in the world's largest information technology (IT) and home appliance exhibition 'CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2025' in Las Vegas.
During the exhibition period, UDMTech introduced a global version of the "Optra Black-box" that diagnoses the conditions of facilities that occur during the operation of various automation systems and supports predictive preservation, and at the same time unveiled a demonstration simulation in conjunction with Rockwell Automation's Allen-Bradley PLC, which has the largest share of PLC for industrial use in the North American market.
"Optra Black-box" is a solution that diagnoses facility conditions that occur during the operation of automation systems and enables predictive preservation. It is a product that records all operation signals at the control program level along with images like an aircraft black box.

Through this, UDMTech uses a graph neural network (GNN) artificial intelligence model that processes complex relationship analysis to find incorrect connections or errors in the PLC controller program. AI has developed a technology that increases the efficiency of facility preservation by automatically checking whether an accurate connection has been made by reviewing this and holds a domestic patent and is also applying in the U.S.
Meanwhile, UDMtech said that through this exhibition, it highlighted the differentiation of its own machine language interpretation technology and successfully introduced compatibility and effectiveness with the control system that is leading the North American market. It also said that it has achieved results in discussions with more than 30 global companies in the U.S. and Japan on the application of the solution.
