Notice of Suspension of Share Transfer​ 

In accordance with Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 15 of the company’s Articles of Incorporation, voting rights will be granted to shareholders registered in the shareholder registry as of May 11, 2023, for the extraordinary general meeting. To confirm the rights holders, changes to the shareholder registry, including share transfers, pledge registrations, and cancellations, will be suspended from May 12, 2023, to May 18, 2023. This notice is hereby given.
