Executives and employees share the company's management philosophy and vision, empathize with the goals and values pursued by the company, and fulfill their responsibilities with creativity and sincerity.

Fair Performance of Duties
① Executives and employees shall perform their duties fairly by complying with all relevant laws and regulations.
② Executives and employees shall not engage in unethical or illegal acts that may be subject to social criticism, such as improper instructions, mediation, solicitation, or granting favors that may hinder fair performance of their own or others' duties.

Prohibition of Unjust Gains
Executives and employees shall not provide or receive money, entertainment, etc. that exceeds socially acceptable standards and may impair fairness in relation to their duties from or to persons related to their duties.

Distinction Between Public and Private Matters
① Executives and employees shall clearly distinguish between public and private matters in performing their duties.
② Employees shall not use company property for personal purposes or use the company's budget for purposes other than intended, causing property damage to the company.
③ Executives and employees shall not devote time to personal matters during working hours, hindering work performance, or use the company's information and communication system for inappropriate purposes other than business purposes, such as online games, gambling, or visiting pornographic sites.

Protection of Customer Interests
① Executives and employees shall protect customers' assets, intellectual property rights, trade secrets, and customer information more preciously than the company's property and shall not infringe upon customer interests through immoral acts.
② Executives and employees shall provide facts that customers should know or should be informed of accurately and promptly.
