I/O Usage Check

Verifies how many I/O contacts are actually used in the logic.
Out of 4,681 total contacts, 1,667 were identified as unused.

Duplicate Coil Check

Identifies if a coil contact is used more than once.
In case of duplicates, only the last logic is valid; earlier ones are ignored.

Temporary Contact Check

Detects if temporary contacts remain in the program.
Tags like “TEMP” or “TEST” indicate temporary contacts (more can be added through settings).

Safety Interlock Check

Confirms that “Operation Ready” contacts are linked to “Emergency Stop.”
If not connected after operation ready, safety risks can occur.
Additional naming rules for operation ready/emergency stop can be added via settings.
