Pursuant to Article 354 of the Commercial Act and Article 15 of the Articles of Incorporation, the shareholders whose names are recorded in the shareholder register as of July 30, 2024 (record date) shall be deemed eligible to exercise their voting rights at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
In order to confirm the entitled shareholders, from July 31, 2024 to August 7, 2024, changes to entries in the shareholder register — such as transfer of ownership, registration or cancellation of pledges, or registration or cancellation of trust property — will be suspended.
