AI-based automation solutions specialist UDMTEK announced on the 29th that it successfully launched its proprietary platform OPTRA at the Automation 2025 exhibition held in Detroit, USA.
According to the company, over 30 global manufacturing companies from various sectors—such as automotive, aerospace, tire, power generation, global medical devices, furniture, and food & beverage—visited the UDMTEK booth. Many showed strong interest in UDMTEK’s advanced machine code-based data analysis and AI predictive maintenance technology, resulting in numerous demo requests.
The OPTRA Platform analyzes equipment control signals and operational data in real time, examining the structure and flow of control logic to detect anomalies at an early stage. This technology provides a fully automated, integrated monitoring system that connects AI-based predictive maintenance with root-cause analysis. Going beyond digital twin implementation for manufacturing systems, it can trace the root causes of stoppages and alarms, while also offering real-time operational explanations powered by generative AI.
Using this U.S. exhibition as a starting point, UDMTEK plans to strengthen strategic collaboration to build a local cooperation ecosystem and secure customers. This includes continued meetings with key North American industry support organizations such as the MEP (Manufacturing Extension Partnership) in Ohio and Pennsylvania, and NGen (Canada’s Advanced Manufacturing Global Innovation Cluster) in Ontario.
